日本で1993年に放送が始まった「料理の鉄人」という番組をご存知でしょうか。
この番組はオーストラリア、アメリカ、ヨーロッパをはじめ世界各国で放送され、多くの人々に感動を与えました。
「Iron Chef」という名でリメイクされたシリーズも各国で大きな人気を博しています。
現在も各地でアイアンシェフイベントが開催されていますが、その中でもオーストラリアで絶大な人気を誇る坂井シェフのディナーイベントにて、MIYAYOSHIが日本代表の梅酒として、デザートとペアリングされました。
